VACUUM COMPONENTS

Edge Welded Bellows
Edge welded bellows are an essential component in a wide range of industrial applications. These bellows are made from thin strips of metal that are welded together at the edges, forming a flexible and durable accordion-like structure. They are used to seal and protect sensitive components from dust, debris, and other contaminants, while also allowing for axial, lateral, and angular movements.
Vacuum Viewports

A vacuum viewport is a window or opening in a vacuum chamber or other vacuum system that allows you to see inside the system. It is typically made of a transparent material, such as glass or acrylic, that is able to withstand the vacuum pressure. The vacuum viewport may be sealed with an O-ring or other sealing mechanism to prevent leaks. Some viewports also have a flange or other mounting hardware to allow them to be easily installed in the vacuum chamber. Vacuum viewports are often used in scientific, industrial, and medical applications to allow researchers or operators to monitor the inside of a vacuum system, or to provide a means of access for instruments or other devices.

ISO Flange & Component

ISO flange & component are often used in vacuum systems to connect vacuum pumps, valves, and other components together. The ISO flange consists of a flange body and a flange adapter, which are designed to be interchangeable with different components. The flange body is typically welded or bolted to the vacuum piping, and the flange adapter is used to connect the flange body to the valve or other component. The dimensions and mounting holes of the ISO flange are standardized according to the ISO 5211 standard, which allows for easy and reliable connection of different components in a vacuum system. ISO flanges are used in many different types of vacuum systems, including those in the scientific, industrial, and medical fields.

CF Flange & Component

CF flange & Component, also known as ConFlat flanges, are a type of flange used in high-vacuum applications. They are designed to provide a leak-tight seal between two pieces of vacuum-rated equipment, such as vacuum chambers, pumps, and valves. CF flanges are typically made of metal, such as stainless steel, and have a flat surface that is machined to a precise finish. They are used in a wide variety of applications, including scientific research, semiconductor manufacturing, and aerospace.

KF (QF) Flange & Component

KF (QF) Flange & Component, also known as “Kwik-Fit” connections, are fittings used to create a leak-tight seal in vacuum systems. They are designed to be easy to install and remove, and are commonly used in vacuum systems where frequent connection and disconnection is required. KF fittings are made of metal or plastic and consist of a flange with a groove around the perimeter, and a clamping ring that seals the connection by compressing the flange against a gasket. They are widely used in vacuum systems because they provide a reliable and robust seal that can withstand high vacuum pressures and are suitable for use with a variety of materials, including gases, liquids, and solids.
